Identify users with never expiring passwords

A primary security mandate within any organization is to require all users to change their passwords regularly to prevent unauthorized access to your organizational resources. ARM scans your domain for user accounts this requirement is not activated. You can view this information in the ARM reports for users and groups.

SolarWinds recommends setting your security requirements so that all user passwords must be changed at least every 90 days.
You can use SolarWinds Patch Manager to update Microsoft Windows servers and workstations in your corporate network with password update requirements, as well as third-party software updates.
  1. Log in to the Access Rights Manager application.

  2. In the toolbar, click Dashboard.

  3. In the Reporting column under Active Directory, click Users and groups.

  4. Create a report.

    1. In the Users and Groups window, drag and drop the scope of the report to the Objects box.

    2. Click Start to run the report.

  5. Open the report in your spreadsheet application (for example, Microsoft Excel) and locate the user information.

    1. At the bottom of the spreadsheet, select the Users tab.

    2. At the top of the spreadsheet, filter the column PWD don't expire by positive entries.

    3. Use this information to identify users who must change their passwords on a regular basis.
