ARM GrantMA: workflows for data owner/administrators

GrantMA (Grant Me Access) is a lightweight workflow system used by employees to request and order permissions, access rights, and other custom created actions. Using the ARM GrantMA self-service portal, managers and data owners can approve, modify, or reject requests.
