Who has access to what in Exchange?
Managers and team leads know best who should have access to what. Having an understanding of your access rights situation is extremely important, especially for public Exchange folders and mailboxes.
The Who has access where report provides an overview of all users and their access to public folders. The report also highlights the access right "send as" due to its potential risk.
Create the report

Log in to the Access Rights Manager application.

Click Resources in the toolbar.

Right-click All Public Folders and select Report: Who has access where.

Configure the report settings.

In the Title and Comment fields, enter a title and comment for the report.

In the Objects box, define the report range.
To reduce the report complexity, SolarWinds recommends clicking the Group settings drop-down menu and selecting User view. All remaining settings and drop-down menus are targeted at expert users. -
Click the Settings drop-down menu and define the desired output settings.

Click Start to generate the report.
