Start AD scans

This section describes how to start and complete an Active Directory (AD) scan.

1. Start the Configuration application.

2. Click Scans.

   

3. Locate the AD scan configuration.

4. Click to start the scan. AD scans typically complete in a few minutes.

   

5. Check the scan status during and after the scan.

   The status does not display if you leave and re-enter the scan menu. See Job overview for details.
