Identify members of distribution groups

ARM allows you to view the distribution list members and recipients. You can also view the nested group memberships.

Access Rights Manager also works with dynamic Exchange groups.

1. Log in to the Access Rights Manager application.

2. In the Start tab home page, enter a search term in the Search field that identifies your targeted distribution group. For example, sales.

   

   ARM displays the search results with Sales in the Distribution Group category.

   

3. Click the targeted distribution list.

4. In the Resources column, expand Exchange > Distribution Groups and select the targeted distribution list.

   

5. In the right column, click the Members and Children tabs. Here, you can view all distribution group members in a flat list

   

Analyze the group structure and memberships using the Accounts view

1. In the Resources column, expand Exchange > Distribution Groups and select the targeted distribution list.

   

2. Right-click the distribution list and select Show in accounts view to analyze the group in this view.

   

   The Accounts tab view is displayed.
