Configure the blacklist for views and reports

Using Views & Reports, you can select the groups where members are not resolved. This provides an improved overview, especially for groups that contain several users.

Based on your selections, the selected groups are restricted from accessing the following:

  • Reports
  • Views in the ARM application
  • Analyze & Act web interface

The group restrictions include:

  • Domain users, which includes all users in the applied domain
  • Users (predefined), which includes all users within a selected context (for example, domain and file server)

To comply with company regulations and guidelines, you may be required to hide group memberships.

Groups included in the blacklist are appended with a blacklist icon in the resource view of the ARM application. Their members are not displayed.
