Identify the latest activities on a directory

Because file server directories store their history, SolarWinds recommends reviewing the previously-performed actions and changes. ARM provides quick view of the most recent activities. You can also jump directly to the log book and view a full report.

1. Log in to the Access Rights Manager application.

2. In the toolbar, click Resources.

   The Resources view displays on your screen.

   In the left column, a note may display next to a resource. Click the icon to display the note, which includes a quick view of the latest activities.

   

3. In the Resources view, right-click a directory and select Open Logbook.

   

4. In the Overview of the Logbook window, review the information in the window.

   

   1. Check the previous actions on the object.

   2. (Optional) Add a comment to the logbook. You can add new comments at any time.

   3. Click Add to add your changes. Otherwise, click Close.
