Identify users assigned to a transaction code

In SAP, transaction codes are the lowest level of authorization assignment. Identifying users who can use the transaction codes is a frequently asked question in SAP authorization. This can only be resolved in a time-consuming manner using on-board tools. Using ARM, you can locate the required transaction code with just a few clicks.

1. Log in to the Access Rights Manager application.

2. In the Start Home page, enter a transaction code in the Search field and then press Enter. For example, su01.

   ARM displays the search results.

   

3. In the search results, click the targeted resource.

   In the Resources column, ARM expands the permission structure tree view of the permission structure and focuses on the transaction code in your search.

   

   In the Access rights tab, ARM displays all SAP users that have assigned the transaction code.

   

   Under Accounts with permissions, ARM displays all permissions.
