Configure the request settings (GrantMA)

  1. Log in to the web client as an administrator.

  2. In the left column, click Settings and select Recertification.

  3. Configure the general settings.

    1. Enter the administrator email address for GrantMA.

    2. Enter the maximum number of lines to be displayed in the scenarios. A high number of lines can lead to performance problems.

    3. Enter the number of days of unfinished jobs by data owners being marked as expired. Administrators can view these requests as expired in the order summary. No emails will be sent.

    4. Select the checkbox to send the requestor an email when this order status changes. Otherwise, leave the checkbox unchecked.

    5. Select the checkbox to enable the applicant to receive emails at each approval step. Otherwise, leave the checkbox unchecked.

    6. Select the checkbox to send the approver an email for a new request. SolarWinds recommend enabling this option.

    7. Select the checkbox to enable the requestors to navigate into hierarchical resources such as subdirectories.

    8. Select the checkbox to allow the approvers to modify a request. Otherwise, leave this checkbox unchecked.

    9. Select the checkbox to enable Legacy Mode. Otherwise, leave this checkbox unchecked.

  4. Configure the file server settings.

    1. Define a blacklist that hides directories for orders. Use UNC paths.

    2. Select the checkbox to define a directory depth up to which users can order. Otherwise, leave this chekbox unchecked.

    3. Select the checkbox to order new directories. Otherwise, leave this checkbox unchecked.

  5. Click Save.
