OneDrive Logga: Report activities on OneDrive
OneDrive allows you to store files and folders in the cloud. This process enables employees to collaborate on documents in a central location, as well as share documents with external partners.
Over time, several employees can share the documents until it becomes difficult to identify who shares and receives the documents. Events recorded with the OneDrive Logga can be analyzed in detail and recurrently using the report functions.

Log in to the Access Rights Manager application.

Click Start in the toolbar.

Under Security Monitoring, click OneDrive Logga Report.

Configure the OneDrive Logga report settings.

In the Title and Comment fields, enter a title and comment for the report.

In the Time Period field, click each link and set a time period for the report.

In the Selection of monitored OneDrive entry points column, drag a resource to the OneDrive Resources box.

(Optional) In the Operations box, select the operations to be included in the report. Leave the field blank to create the report using all operations.

Select the Show the full OneDrive path checkbox to create a report with the full OneDrive path starting with the following:

Click the Settings drop-down menu and define the output options for the report.

Click Start to generate the report.
