Where do employees of a manager have access?

ARM includes a special data owner report for file servers. This report relates the managers stored in the Active Directory (users with the Manager attribute set) to the resources stored in the Data Owner configuration.

Create the report

1. Log in to the Access Rights Manager application.

2. Click Start in the toolbar.

3. Under Documentation & Reporting, click Where do employees of a manager access (file server).

   

4. Configure the report settings.

   

   1. Under Report Configuration, enter a title and comment for the report.

   2. In the Selected managers box, define the report range. You can only add users with a valid data owner configuration and the manager attribute is set.

   3. Click the Settings drop-down menu and define the report settings.

   4. Click Start to generate the report.
