Manage my requests (cockpit)

Using Cockpit, you can keep track of your orders, cancel orders, or resent notifications to the approver.

  1. Log in to the web client.

    You can also log in as a current windows user. A user name and password is not required.
  2. In the toolbar, click Cockpit.

  3. In the Requests screen, click My Requests.

    The range of available services (buttons) in the web clients varies according to the (login), risk assessment, and configuration.
  4. In the All Requests screen, filter the request list.

  5. Locate the targeted request. For example:

  6. Click the drop-down arrow to expand the request and view the request details.

    Click the information icon for more information about the request.

    Click the mail icon to resend a notification email to the approver.

    Click the Cancel icon to cancel the request.
