Inform all approvers of new requests through email

To prevent approvers from proactively checking for open approval requests on the ARM home page, SolarWinds recommends enabling approval emails.

1. Log in to the web client as an administrator.

2. Click Settings > Requests.

3. In the General Settings screen, enable the email options. To keep the applicant and approver informed, SolarWinds recommends activating all options.

   

4. Click Save.
