Identify expiring user accounts
Background / Value
User accounts for external employees or interns should only exist temporarily. Access Rights Manager allows you to maintain an overview of your temporary user accounts. You can view this information in our report for "Users and groups".
- Select the Dashboard.
- Click Users and groups in the Reporting area.
- Select the range of the report via drag & drop.
- Run the report.
Open the report in your spreadsheet application.
- Select the User tab.
- Filter the column Account expires by positive entries.
We recommend checking with your HR department if any of these accounts are still needed.
