Identify expiring user accounts
User accounts for external employees or interns should only exist temporarily. ARM allows you to maintain an overview of your temporary user accounts. You can view this information in the users and groups report.

Log in to the Access Rights Manager application.

In the toolbar, click Dashboard.

In the Reporting column under Active Directory, click Users and groups.

Create a report.

Select and drag a resource to the Objects box.

Click Start to generate the report.

Open the report in your spreadsheet application (for example, Microsoft Excel).

Filter the report data.

At the bottom of the spreadsheet, select the user tab.

Filter the Account expires by positive entries column.

(Recommended) Check with your HR department to verify if these accounts are still required.
