Active Directory Logga

Unauthorized employees in your organization may have the ability to make changes to Active Directory or your file servers. Without full monitoring, you can create security risks and inconsistencies in the processes.

Security risks often occur when group memberships provide unauthorized employees access to sensitive documents. If group memberships are suddenly revoked, the security incident may not be recognized by your IT administrator.

ARM provides transparency with access rights using Active Directory. AD Logga expands this transparency by storing the access rights history and associated changes to your systems. This includes changes made outside of ARM. As a result, temporary group memberships related to system security become completely transparent. Using ARM reports, all activities related to user accounts, objects, groups, and attributes become fully traceable and transparent.

Using AD Logga, you can:

  • Provide administrators a report of all Active Directory activity.

  • Enable auditors to identify security incidents and all involved parties, as well as implement the appropriate remedies.

  • Provide management with the data needed to implement security and process improvements.

  • Receive AD Logga alerts to inform administrators when a user manipulates security-related accounts or groups.
