Collect diagnostics from ARM

The ARM Diagnostic tool allows you to easily collect diagnostic data and prepare it for sending it to SolarWinds support.

In the Windows start menu under SolarWinds, you can find and start the ARM Diagnostic tool. Run the tool with administrative privileges, for example right-click > More > Run as administrator.

1. Determine where the compressed diagnostic data are stored.
2. If possible, specify the last time the error occurred.
3. You can add a comment.
4. You can attach further files, for example a screenshot.
5. Specify which diagnostics data should be included. SolarWinds recommends that you leave all options enabled.
6. Start the process.
