Report on directories whose owners are not administrators

The Directories without administrative owners report lists all directories where the owner is not a local administrator. If you exclude users from owning directories, you can prevent unwanted permission changes.

Create the report

  1. Log in to the Access Rights Manager application.

  2. Click Start in the toolbar.

  3. Under Documentation & Reporting, click Directories without administrative owners.

  4. Configure the report settings.

    1. In the Title and Comment fields, enter a title and comment for this report.

    2. In the Objects box, define the report range.

    3. Click the Settings drop-down menu and select the desired settings.

    4. Click Start to generate the report.

View the report

Below is an example of the Directories without administrative owners report, which lists all directories that are not owned by administrators. Open the report in your spreadsheet application.
