E-mail notifications for recertification

During the recertification period, ARM sends automatic reminders to the data owner and administrator. If the recertification is not completed within the deadline, ARM stops the process and the data owner and the administrator receive an email regarding the missed execution.

The kick-off email is sent the day before the recertification period starts, during the nightly database maintenance task (5 AM by default). The link in the kick-off email opens the Recertification page of the web client.

An administrator can customize the notification emails as needed.
