E-mail notifications for recertification

During the recertification period, ARM sends automatic reminders to the data owner and administrator. If the recertification is not completed within the deadline, ARM stops the process and the data owner and the administrator receive an email regarding the missed execution.

An administrator can customize the notification emails as needed.
