Identify mailbox properties

ARM displays the individual mailboxes properties, as well as out-of-office recipients, delegates, and forwards.

1. Log in to the Access Rights Manager application.

2. in the toolbar, click Start.

3. In the Start view, enter a user name in the Search box to locate the desired mailbox.

   For example, Delmar Atkins.

   

   As you type the name, ARM matches the name to a mailbox.

   

4. Click the targeted user name.

   ARM automatically opens the Resources tab view and opens the user's mailbox.

   

   In the right column, click the Properties tab to view the mailbox properties.
