Integrate Easy Connect resources

When you start the Configuration application and then click Scans, you can add an Easy Connect resource by clicking an Easy Connect resource. After you create a scan configuration, the configuration integrates with an SQL scan configuration. Here you can configure a regular import.

Create an Easy Connect scan

  1. Start the Configuration application.

  2. Click Scans.

  3. Click an Easy Connect resource, such as Easy Connect - CSV or Easy Connect - SQL.

  4. In the Additional properties window, select an import setting. ARM supports the following: 

    • Microsoft SQL

    • Oracle SQL

    • MySQL

    • PostgreSQL

  5. Click Apply.

    The new scan configuration is added to the bottom of the Configuration window. Scroll down to locate the new scan configuration.

    All new scan configurations are added to the end of the scan configuration list.

  6. In the Configuration window, click License.

  7. In the License Information and Server Status window under Documents, you can find detailed documentation on the required CSV file structure and example files.
