Identify the most recent actions on an account

User accounts and Active Directory (AD) groups have their own history. Consider reviewing previously performed actions and changes. ARM provides a quick view of the most recent activities. You can also jump to the log book to view a full report.

  1. Log in to the Access Rights Manager application.

  2. In the toolbar, click Accounts.

  3. In the Search field, enter targeted user or group name, and then press Enter. For example, Emily Employee.

    The Graph view displays on-screen.

The note icon indicates that activities were recorded in the ARM log book. Hover your mouse arrow over the icon for an overview of the latest activities related to the account.

  4. Right-click the desired object and select Open Logbook to view all recorded information.

  5. In the Overview of the Logbook window, review the past activities related to a user account.

You can enter an additional comment in the log book (1) at any time. The footprint icon (2) indicates these action were recorded by AD Logga.
