Compare two different access rights situations using scan comparison
Scan comparison identifies the states of two authorization situations in Active Directory and file servers. This process allows you to compare both situations to determine how the authorization situation has changed.
This comparison refers exclusively to two measurement points. Use the Logga reports to analyze all changes of a period. Use the permission differences to forward comparison results to other authorized users.

In the toolbar, click Scan comparison.

Select two scans that you want to compare. The comparison always compares existing scans.

Select the date and time for the start and end points, and then click Apply.

Below the toolbar, click the information
symbol. The Currently used scans pop-up window displays the date and time of the selected scan.

Review the information in the window, and then click Close.

Click Add.

Under Resources, double-click the targeted resource.

Select filters to focus on specific actions.

Click the arrow to start the comparison.

In the top left, select filters to focus on specific actions.

In the top right, click Report to generate a structured permission differences report or export the results to a Microsoft Excel (.xls) file.
