Configure additional OneDrive scan properties

1. Start the Configuration application.

2. Click Scans.

   

3. Locate the OneDrive scan configuration.

4. Click the additional properties link.

   

5. In the Additional properties window, configure the scan and process settings.

   

   1. Under Scan settings, select the Scan files checkbox to scan folders and files (recommended)

   2. Under Process settings, select the maximum number of parallel request to send to OneDrive.

      SolarWinds recommends eight requests.

   3. Under Process settings, select a Timeout seconds value that specifies the number of seconds ARM waits for a response from OneDrive before concluding that the request failed. If you receive error message regarding this setting, increase the number of seconds.

   4. (Optional) Select the Debug Log checkbox to enable extended logging.

      Enable extended logging only to assist Technical Support in case of an error. Extended logging generates a large number of recorded events and reduces the scanning speed.

6. Click Apply.
