Access Rights Manager allows help desk to set out of office notices for employees without gaining access to email content.


Step-by-step process

Use the search field to find the desired mailbox.


Right-click on the mailbox and select "Edit Out of Office" from the context menu.


  1. Determine the out of office settings.
  2. You must enter a comment, for example a ticket number.
  3. Start the process.
