Introduction
The Service Desk login history provides an audit log of all users who have logged into the application.

It is important to note that ESM customers will see the login history for events prior to migration under the service provider named IT Service Provider. After migration to ESM the login history will be updated at the Organization level.

All Login Histories index page
On the All Login Histories index page you can see details regarding the history of user logins. Details include:
You can export and/or print this information for reporting purposes via the Actions button on the top right corner of your screen, or select the
icon for additional information.
You can customize the Login Histories index page to a view that best meets your needs. See List view for more information.
SSO last login time
The SSO last login time is captured only when the user successfully logs into the portal. If the user continues using the same browser session for multiple days without logging off and logging in again, the last login timestamp remains unchanged. The timestamp is updated only upon a new login event.
