New features, enhancements, and improvements
SolarWinds AI (generative AI) features are now available in general release for customers in the EU data center
GenAI is now available to Premier plan customers in the EU data center. See SolarWinds AI: Generative AI features
GenAI suggested solutions and a ticket summary are available in the eagle eye view
From the Incidents index table, when a user clicks the eagle eye of an incident, GenAI suggested solutions and the ticket summary display on the right pane of the ticket detail page.
Out-of-the-box knowledge articles show administrators the languages they are available in
When ITSM administrators and ESM service provider administrators are determining which knowledge articles to make available, each article now identifies the languages it is available in. See SolarWinds Virtual Agent.
Power BI enhancement
For customers who use the Power BI incremental refresh feature, SolarWinds no longer limits archiving of data to two years. See Power BI Connector.
