Introduction

Service Desk offers integration with GotoAssist for providing remote assist support.

Navigation

Setup > Integrations > Remote Support.

Integrate GoToAssist

1. Log in to Service Desk with an admin user that is also the account username in GoToAssist (the email of the user in Service Desk must match the one in GoToAssist).

2. Navigate to Setup > Integrations > Remote Support.

3. Under GoToAssist, click Activate.
