Introduction

Below are the out-of-the-box application widgets you can integrate with your SolarWinds Service Desk (SWSD) for seamless productivity.

Navigation

To integrate most widgets, navigate to Setup > Integrations > Application Widgets.

Related Items When enabled, allows users looking at the details page of an ITSM object to see related items in a pane on the right of the object's details page, rather than having to drill down through the Related tab.

Harvest

Track time and expenses of critical data

  • Manually and/or automatically track time spent resolving an incident or service request.
  • Align time spent on an incident or service request with a specific project or task.
  • Report on a combination of time spent working tickets with the other activities you track.
Slack. Set up a direct connection between your SWSD and a specific channel in your organization's Slack account. Receive notification of new incidents and SLA breaches when and where they are most needed.
