Service Desk uses Generative AI (GenAI) for multiple purposes, all intended to improve communication and efficiency, help you manage tickets better, and make everyone's job easier.
All GenAI suggestions are identified by the Generated by AI icon.
Steps to Enable GenAI
GenAI must be enabled. See Enable GenAI.
GenAI features
Currently, GenAI features are not available in the mobile app.
