Available for Premier plan customers.

Service Desk uses Generative AI (GenAI) for multiple purposes, all intended to improve communication, manage tickets better, and make everyone's job easier.

All GenAI suggestions are identified by the Generated by AI icon.

Steps to Enable GenAI
