Licenses for ESM customers

Introduction
On the SolarWinds Service Desk (SWSD) Licenses page, you can find a table containing all of your SWSD licenses. The page and its setup functionality are available only if your organization is using Enterprise Service Management (ESM).

Licenses used
Licenses used represents all of the licenses used by your organization.
License index page
The License page provides two types of information. You can select the appropriate tab to switch between them:

Unique licenses
The Unique Licenses table contains all users who have at least one or more of the user license types (Administrator, Service Agent User, Service Task User).
Any user who has more than one user license type is included in the All licenses table.

The All Licenses table contains all users who have at least one or more of the user license types (Administrator, Service Agent User, Service Task User).
