This guide provides a basic introduction to your organization's SolarWinds Service Desk (SWSD) Service Portal. It helps end users (requesters) become more comfortable working within the Portal. System administrators can also use this guide to help end users transition to using the Service Portal.
The Service Portal is the place where end users experience their interactions with SWSD. They can move through an intuitive interface to log incidents, submit service requests, and find detailed answers to their most frequently asked questions. End users can also check the status of their requests and search the knowledge base for solutions.
