Introduction
Risk management is the process of identifying, assessing, and prioritizing potential business risks. It also defines the economical application of resources to minimize, monitor, and control the probability or impact of a threat, or to maximize the realization of opportunities. Service Desk has a Risk Management module.
Enterprise Service Management (ESM) customers can utilize the Risk Management module by enabling it first. Navigate to the specific service provider > Setup > Global Settings > Service Desk Settings > Extra Features and enable Risk Management.

Risks. Lets you view and flag potential issues or hazards occurring in Service Desk.
