Introduction

Risk management is the process of identifying, assessing, and prioritizing potential business risks. It also defines the economical application of resources to minimize, monitor, and control the probability or impact of a threat, or to maximize the realization of opportunities. Service Desk has a Risk Management module.

  • Risks. Lets you view and flag potential issues or hazards occurring in Service Desk.

  • Compliance. Lets you manage compliance with contracts, such as contracts related to software or hardware.
