As the service desk owner, I would like all of the service desk notifications to come from my organization’s domain rather than from samanage, which confuses them.
As the service desk owner, I would like the service desk notification address to be specific to the service category (for example, network access, application deployment, or HR).
Eliminate requester confusion about who provides their service by allowing administrators to:
Choose a dedicated "From" address for each category mail dropbox.
Choose whether the dropbox notifications’ From field includes both the service desk name and the category name, or just the category name.
