New features

  • Require full authentication on each approval request. You can require full authentication on each service catalog and runbook approval request for configuring it in the Service Desk global settings.

  • Added ability to backdate incident Created_at date and Updated_at date via CSV import and API.You can import new incident records and backdate the Created_At field and the Updated_At field using a CSV import file by mapping fields. You can also update the these incident fields via API. See CSV import or API documentation: CreateIncident and UpdateIncidentbyID.

  • Added custom fields to group API calls. You can now pull information on custom fields in a group API call so you can get the same information from an API call that you would get through the UI. See API documentation: getGroups and getGroupsByID.

  • Implemented Content Security Policy (CSP) web headers. SolarWinds has improved browser security by updating the SWSD content security policy. This helps prevent browsers from loading non-approved content.

  • Tickets sorted by priority now properly display Critical tickets above High priority tickets.
