Delete all zero installs software

Introduction

Your SolarWinds Service Desk (SWSD) software index page contains a list of all software titles installed on your organization's devices. Software on the list is identified through discovery. See Setup: Discovery & assets for more information.

You can delete all software titles that are not installed on any device in your organization.

Navigation

Assets > Software.

Delete all 0 installs

This action cannot be reversed.
  1. Navigate to Assets > Software.

  2. In the upper right corner of the Software Summary page, click Actions.

  3. From the drop-down list, select Delete all 0 installs.

  4. When prompted, read the message, and if appropriate, click Proceed.

  5. In SWSD, look for the green message at the top of the Software Summary page telling you that your request is scheduled for processing.

  6. Await the email notification informing you that the deletion of all software titles with zero installs is complete. No further action is necessary.
