SolarWinds Service Desk July 2022 release notes

These release notes describe the new features and improvements in SolarWinds Service Desk (SWSD). In addition, they provide information about upgrades and detailed workarounds for known issues.

New features
This release includes the feature below.

Copy/paste workflow nodes. In addition to cloning catalog items (CIs) so that all workflow nodes associated with the cloned CI are copied, you can now copy individual workflow nodes from a new or existing CI. You can then paste them into the current CI or into another new or existing CI.

Microsoft Stream support. Using rich-text fields you can now embed Microsoft Stream videos in addition to Vimeo and YouTube videos. To display the toolbar in a rich-text field, click the grey text
icon in the lower right of the rich-text field.
Improvements
Complete display of state values. State values no longer truncate at 14 characters. Instead, the text that displays in a State field is now longer and depends on the space available in the form.
