Print a ticket list

Perform the following steps to print a ticket list or save the list to a TSV file.

  1. On the top toolbar, click Tickets.

  2. On the lower toolbar, click a ticket display tab.

  3. (Optional) Click the Items drop-down menu and select the number of tickets you want display in the ticket display tab. The default value is 100.

  4. In the left column, select the checkbox next to each ticket you want to print.

    To select one or more tickets, click the checkbox in the left column next to each ticket.

    To select the number of tickets listed in the Items drop-down menu, click the checkbox in the left column. For example, if the items value is 100, the first 100 tickets are selected.


    To select all tickets, press <Shift> and then click the checkbox in the left column. For example, if your ticket display tab includes 200 tickets, 200 tickets are selected.

  5. Click the drop-down menu and select an option.

    Click Print Preview to generate a print preview of your ticket display tab. Use the File > Print option in your web browser to print this view.

    Click Tickets PDF to generate a PDF that contains details for each selected ticket.

    Click Download TSV to download a TSV file that contains the ticket details in TSV format.

  6. Download the file.

    If you selected Download TSV, the file is downloaded to your system.

    If you selected Tickets PDF, click an option in the toolbar to save the file to your PC or print the file.
