Mail notification port

When you use the command finger nm_notifyuser to send the text finger nm_notifyuser to the MAIL_NOTIFICATION_PORT, this action triggers the email daemon to check for new mail. Also, this command stops the automatic email account polling.

This port setting is as follows:

#MAIL_NOTIFICATION_PORT=79

The default notification port is 79. To disable the mail notification listener, comment out this setting or set it to -1.
