Set the daemon memory

  1. Stop Web Help Desk.

  2. Open the following file:

    <WebHelpDesk>\conf\whd.conf

  3. Scroll down to Memory allocation.

  4. Change the MAXIMUM_MEMORY setting to:

    MAXIMUM_MEMORY=1024

  5. Save the whd.conf file.
  6. Restart Web Help Desk.
