View, print, or download reports

The Reports tab provides the tools you need to generate a standard or custom report. Web Help Desk includes several reports you can use to report the status of your support center. These reports are listed in the Report column located in the Reports tab.

To change the output included in the report, click a report in the Report column and update the report details.

You can also create a report schedule to distribute reports at regular intervals. Report groups control access to created reports sorted by Tech and Location Group. This ensures that each tech is only presented with reports within their scope of work.

  1. In the toolbar, click Reports.

  2. In the Reports tab, locate the report you want to generate in the Report column.

If you created report groups to classify your reports, select a report group in the upper-right corner to filter the list.

  3. Click an icon in the right column to run the report.

The following table describes the icons in the Reports tab.
