Permissions

The Permissions page provides a detailed overview of the access each organization role has to the SolarWinds Observability product.

When a SolarWinds Observability feature is not listed on the Permissions page, it means the access level for that feature is the same for all organizational roles.

Alerting

Management?

Full access: You can mute, acknowledge, or troubleshoot alerts on the Active Alerts page. You can also open the Entity Explorer with the entity that triggered the alert.

View-only: You can view all user activity within the organization. You can also select all activity or your specific activity from the drop-down, and search for specific activity. Full access: You can view, restart, delete deployed Agents, and collect Agent logs. You can also update deployed Agents manually, disabling the automatic update option. Properties?
