No Orchestrator Edges
If you see this message in the Add Devices wizard after you have selected an orchestrator, it may be caused by one of the following issues:
Orchestrator issues
The orchestrator is unreachable, non-responsive, or it does not report any edge devices.
To resolve the issue, ensure you can access the orchestrator from SolarWinds Observability and that the orchestrator manages edge devices.
Network Discovery issues
Network Discovery timed out due to a huge amount of data reported by the orchestrator.
To resolve the issue:

In SolarWinds Observability SaaS, navigate to Settings > Network Discoveries.

Re-import edge devices:

Find the discovery profile, right-click the vertical ellipsis, and select Import all Network Devices and Hosts.

Alternatively, you can click Edit in the vertical ellipsis. This opens the Add edge devices step of the Add Devices wizard. You can select the devices to import and complete the wizard to import the selected edges.

Network Collector issues
Collect diagnostics for further investigation.
