Performance improvements: You can monitor up to 7,000 standard network devices per Network Collector.
The scale can be influenced by the complexity of the network devices being monitored, such as the number of polled interfaces and/or volumes, and by polling capabilities of the Network Collector. See Review Network Collector requirements and scalability information.

Support for importing changes and newly discovered entities (network devices, hosts) directly from SolarWinds Observability SaaS..

Network Collector version and status was added to the Network Collector Web Console for troubleshooting connectivity issues. To display the information, click Show Network Collector and plugin status in the Network Collector for SolarWinds Observability SaaS widget on the Summary Home page.

Network Collector 2023.4 - November 2, 2023
New features
- Notifications on discovery results added to SolarWinds Observability: When new devices are discovered on the Network Collector or in SolarWinds Observability Self-Hosted with Platform Connect, you are notified in SolarWinds Observability on the Network Overview page.
- Support for polling SD-WAN tunnel performance data was added.

Network Collector 2022.4
Network Collector 2022.4 supports SolarWinds Observability organizations hosted in the Microsoft Azure cloud.
Network Collector 2022.4 introduces new filters for the Flows item in the Network Device overview. You can filter flow data to only display data from within the organization (East/West) or communication outside of the organization (North/South). See Area overviews.
