Email Reports
Stay up to date on your website or URI availability with SolarWinds Observability. Schedule regular emails regarding your website or URI availability for your entities monitored with SolarWinds Observability. Click Digital Experience > Email Reports to open the Email Reports page. When you first access the Email Reports page, you see that no reports have been created, and you will be prompted to schedule a report.
Schedule an availability email

Click Schedule Report.

Enter your schedule details.

Enter a name for your email report.

Select the availability information you want to receive in your email from the drop-down menu. Note that all website and URI availability is selected by default.

Set the email frequency (daily, weekly, or monthly).

Set the Start time for the scheduled email.

Click Next.

Select your email configuration. Click Next.

If your email configuration is in the drop-down menu, select it.

If you want to use a different email configuration, click + Add a New Configuration and define the configuration.

Enter a name for the email configuration.

Optional: Enter a description for the email configuration.

Select the applicable email address(es) from the drop-down menu.

Optional: Click Notification test to test your email configuration. A test notification sent successfully prompt will display if the test was successful.

Click Create.

Review your availability schedule details. Click Submit.
Manage email reports
All of your email reports are displayed on the Email Reports page. Quickly review all of your scheduled availability reports, the user that scheduled the report, when they were last sent, and the frequency with which they are sent. Click Schedule Report to create a new availability schedule.
To delete an availability schedule, click the vertical ellipsis of the desired schedule, and then click Delete.
