SolarWinds Observability Self-Hosted alerts
If you are also using SolarWinds Observability Self-Hosted Essentials or Advanced and have set up Platform Connect, you can check SolarWinds Observability Self-Hosted (formerly Hybrid Cloud Observability) alerts in SolarWinds Observability SaaS.
SolarWinds Observability Self-Hosted alerts in SolarWinds Observability SaaS are read-only. You can acknowledge these alerts in the SolarWinds Platform Web Console.
View SolarWinds Observability Self-Hosted alerts in SolarWinds Observability SaaS

In SolarWinds Observability SaaS, click Alerts > Active Alerts and then click the HCO Alerts tab. The tab displays a read-only view of SolarWinds Observability Self-Hosted alerts.

Click an alert to display the alert details view. In the widgets, you can learn more about the alert status, metrics, logs, other trigger objects in the alert, or the last occurrence of the alert in the past two weeks.
Acknowledge SolarWinds Observability Self-Hosted alerts

Click Alerts & Activity > Alerts.

Find an alert to mark as acknowledged, click Acknowledge in its row, and click the Acknowledge button.
To acknowledge more alerts at the same time, select the alert rows and click Acknowledge at the top of the page.
The information about the alert status will be updated in SolarWinds Observability SaaS automatically.
Troubleshooting
- I cannot see the HCO Alerts tab
- I cannot see all alerts triggered in the cloud-connected SolarWinds Observability Self-Hosted
I cannot see the HCO Alerts tab
Ensure that the SolarWinds Observability Agent is installed with the CloudConnected plugin/role.
To verify the plugin:

In SolarWinds Observability SaaS, click Settings > Agents and find the Agent.

Click the Plugin Status for the Agent and review the Plugins in the Inspector Panel. You should find the network-collector (CloudConnected) item in the Plugins list.
Resolution

Uninstall the Agent.

Delete the Agent in SolarWinds Observability SaaS. See Remove the Agent from SolarWinds Observability SaaS.

Re-install the Agent.
I cannot see all alerts triggered in the cloud-connected SolarWinds Observability Self-Hosted
Ensure that you have enabled transferring data for both Network Nodes and Server Nodes for the Platform Connect. See Set up Platform Connect in the SolarWinds Platform documentation.
If you cannot see an alert triggered by a device that was not recognized as a node or as a server during the discovery, set the device type manually. See Import other devices as network devices or as hosts.
