Availability testing requirements
SolarWinds Observability synthetic probes must be able to access your site. To observe websites hosted on a local network, your server or site must open access to SolarWinds Observability probe server IP addresses. To view a list of all IP addresses used, click Settings > Synthetic Probes in the left pane. This page lists all available probes and their corresponding region, platform, and IP address. See Synthetic Probes Settings.
RUM visitor requirements
To collect and send RUM data to SolarWinds Observability, your visitors must have unrestricted access to the following domains:
RUM script requirements
<MemoryRouter> router is not supported by the RUM script; all other router components for ReactJS and Angular10+ are supported. Data about some of your users' actions may not be collected if incompatible functions are used in your website.
