Solutions

The Solutions menu contains your organization’s best practices and recommended solutions to common incidents or problems you may encounter in your organization. It should be your first stop when you are looking for information regarding a problem you are experiencing or you would like to search for a useful article.

Within the Solutions menu you can see the article title, date of last update to the article, and what department the solution is associated with.

To view a solution, click the title.

After you click into a solution you can see all information related to the solution and the solution itself. Some solutions contain step-by-step instructions or even pictures to help you solve a problem or complete a task.

After you have read through the article and executed the contents of the solution, it is a good idea to click the thumbs up or thumbs down button in the upper right of the screen to let solution writers and managers know whether the content was helpful to you.
