Introduction

SolarWinds Service Desk (SWSD) contains a link that takes users directly to SolarWinds Service Desk Documentation in the Customer Success Center.

Navigation

Toolbar > User icon (avatar) > Documentation.

Action

A new tab opens in your default browser and takes you to the SolarWinds Service Desk Documentation page. From there you can search for topics, access guides, see Release Notes, and open the Administrator guide with a navigation panel on the left that helps you locate other topics.
