Network Performance Monitor Installation and Upgrade Guide

NPM is a SolarWinds Platform product, and it is thus installed using the SolarWinds Installer.

To get the SolarWinds Installer, download NPM or any other SolarWinds Platform product from the SolarWinds Customer Portal or from www.solarwinds.com. The installer is included in the download.

Install NPM

• To install NPM on premises, see the SolarWinds Platform products Installation and Upgrade Guide. The guide helps you prepare your environment and install NPM using the Orion Installer.

• To deploy NPM in the cloud, see the following topics:

Upgrade NPM

You can upgrade NPM directly from the SolarWinds Platform Web Console (Settings > My Orion Deployment). Downloading the SolarWinds Installer is no longer necessary.
