Monitoring network performance is a key capability of Hybrid Cloud Observability and is also available in a standalone module, Network Performance Monitor (NPM). Hybrid Cloud Observability and NPM are built on the self-hosted SolarWinds Platform.

Velocloud SD-WAN devices were not being discovered correctly with polling requests in the _PollTunnelStatEndTimeDelay setting. Because VeloCloud takes up to 10 minutes to aggregate data, the end time for a stats polling request cannot be the current time. By default, the end time must be at least 10 minutes in the past. This is specified with the VeloCloud_Setting_PollTunnelStatEndTimeDelay setting.
